LATEST TECHNOLOGY

Investment in the latest technology has allowed Choví's facilities to be among the most advanced in their sector. Thanks to this, we have become the leading manufacturer of authentic Aioli sauce.

Our goal is to be a modern and professional company, respectful with the environment, innovative and efficient.

Our renovated facilities are the representation of our structure, with a new logistics warehouse and a capacity for more than 3.300 pallets. An expanded and modernized structure to improve service and guarantee satisfaction, both internal and external.

Certifications

Choví, in its commitment to internationalization and clients, obtained in June 2007 the certification of the IFS and BRC standards, which certify the quality and food safety management system, implemented by the company.

BRC

The BRC (British Retail Consortium) standard is one of the most widely used models internationally by distributors and department stores to qualify their suppliers for safe products. The standard aims to ensure that its suppliers comply with requirements that guarantee food quality and safety.

VIEW CERTIFICATE

IFS

The IFS (International Food Standard) norm is a powerful model for the prior acceptance of branded product suppliers for distributors and large supermarkets at the European level. The fundamental objectives pursued by the standard are: reconcile food safety and quality control, increase consumer confidence and consider international requirements, among others.
